Turkey Legg Man started with a smoker, a dream and a whole lot of hustle. I never planned to be “the Turkey Legg Man,” the city gave me that name. What began at a family get together and Prospect turned into lines down the block, sold-out days, and love from all over Kansas City.
This brand was built on having faith, family and flavor. Every turkey leg we serve is more than food — it’s a piece of KC culture. We’re here to share that energy with the world, one bite at a time.
